Dr.Rohan Nicholls

Dr.Rohan Nicholls B.V.Sc(Hons)

Rohan attended Roseworthy Agricultural College  and graduated with a Diploma in Agriculture before going onto Melbourne University to study Veterinary Science. In 1973 Rohan earned his  Bachelor of Veterinary Science with Honours. He joined Glenvale Vet Clinic as a graduate and soon took over the clinic as the sole vet.

He regularly attends conferences (at least 2 weeks per year) ensuring that he is kept up to date with current information on disease processes, treatments and preventions.

Dr Nicholls has been in practice for over 40 years in which he has developed a strong bond with clients and their pets.

Outside the clinic Rohan enjoys daily jogging, a round of golf and a glass of French champagne and watching his beloved Geelong Cats win a game! He has a cat, Schnooks who is often seen around the clinic!

Jacquie Coleman

Jacquie Coleman

Jacquie joined Glenvale in 2008. She has always had a love of animals and a keen passion to become a Vet nurse and since joining Glenvale, she has completed Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing through the Animal Industries Resource Centre in October 2011.

She has a very calm, confident personality when combined with her dedicated work ethic has seen her become an important member of our team.

Jacquie along with her husband Mark enjoys camping, snowboarding and plenty of other outdoor activities where their fur child Roxy the Golden Retriever can tag along. Roxy has a very cheeky personality and won't come to greet you unless she has a present in her mouth to offer!

Emma Medcalf

Emma Medcalf

Emma joined the practice in 2009 and completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing through the AIRC in March 2012. Before deciding to become a vet nurse Emma completed a Certificate II in Travel and Tourism, then decided to follow her passion and join the animal care industry.

Emma would like to increase her knowledge and skills in the industry through further education and training, including Pet Grooming & Equine & Large Animal studies.
She not only loves her work but one of her most admirable qualities is her incredibly compassionate nature towards all our patients.
Emma maintains a strong passion for all animals, be it her own or our clients, she is a great asset to the team!
Emma lives with her partner Kayne & their Blue Staffy fur babies Sadie & Barney.

Ashleigh Tidd

Ashleigh finished school in 2012 and has finished her Certificate II in Animal Studies and is now working towards completing Cert IV in Vet Nursing. She started at Glenvale in 2013 and she has quickly become a very important part of the team. Ashleigh has obtained her Wildlife license and is our primary carer of all the interesting creatures we come across such as native birds, possums and even reptiles! Her love for animals and their wellbeing is obvious to see in the care and attention she shows all of our patients.

At home, Ashleigh lives with her family which includes 1 year old Maltese Shihtzu Archie, her Thoroughbred horse Toppa and a Diamond Python called Nyoka.
